The connection mechanism has two parts extending in opposite directions, the parts being simultaneously wound up and unwound w.r.t. the shaft. Two lock components are pivotably fitted externally around the shaft, one of which- in its adjustment position where relative movement is permitted between the belt and shaft-has the belt extending between the component location point and the shaft. When the shaft rotates to wind up the ball the lock component is wholly enclosed by it. |
