The installation comprises three pipe coils (10, 11, 12), each consisting of a tube wound into a helix, coaxial with the axis (X-X) of the vessel (1) and fastened to the bottom (2) of the vessel. A rotor (13) driven by a motor (5) is composed of cutters (14, 15, 16) distributed in circles coaxial with the axis (X-X) of the vessel, these cutters being placed in the gap between two pipe coils (10, 11, 12) or between one pipe coil and the wall of the vessel (1), in order to rotate in this gap. <IMAGE>
