PURPOSE:To very easily cut off tab plates from a metallic plate, by securing the tab plates to both end parts in the width direction of the metallic plate, putting the tab plates in rotary metallic tools, rotating the rotary metallic tools in accordance with a feed of the metallic plate and twisting the tab plates. CONSTITUTION:A cutting mechanism is set by a moving mechanism 16 to a prescribed position in accordance with width of a metallic plate 1. Under this condition, if the metallic plate 1 is successively fed, tab plates 2 are put in rotary metallic tools 10, and the rotary tools 10 are rotated in accordance with a feed of the metallic plate 1, then the tab plates 2 can be twisted from the metallic plate 1. After this cutting process is finished, the cutting mechanism is reset to an original position by a cylinder 15 used as a resetting mechanism. |
