PURPOSE:To give the proper tension to a magnetic tape, by holding the tape between a pin and the tape pad which is pressed by the pin in avoiding an aperture part into which a magnetic head within a tape cassette is fitted. CONSTITUTION:A tape pad 4 is pressed by a pin 3 via a plate spring 5 at the symmetrical positions centering on an aperture part 2 into which a magnetic head of a cassette half 1 is fitted. While a tape 8 drawn out of a hub 6 is led between the pin of one side and the pad 4 and touches a guide roller 9 of one side to pass through the inside of the part 2. Then the tape 8 touches a guide roller of the other side and then wound into the side of the other hub 7 after passing through between another pair of pins 3 and the pad 4. In such way, a certain amount of tension is given to the tape 8 while it is running. |
