PURPOSE:To make correct demodulation during reproducing possible by recording the single frequency signal relating to a reference signal, and controlling the running speed of a tape in accordance with the reproducing signal for the control track and said reference signal while the tape runs. CONSTITUTION:When switches S1-S4 are shifted to the position REC, the signal fg detecting the speed of a motor M is inputted to a differential circuit 21. Said signal is divided down by N1 and is compared with the N2 divided signal of a reference signal fR in a phi/V convertion circuit 24, and the phase error is inputted to the circuit 21. The circuit 21 adds DC voltage thereto, and compares the same with a reference voltage 25. In accordance with the result thereof, a driving motor 25 drives a motor M so as to attain fg/N1=fR/N2. A switch 34 turns on and the signal fR is made into a control signal with a frequency dividing circuit 35 and an amplifier circuit 33, by which fR/M1 is recorded. When the S1-S4 are shifted the PB side reproduction, a detecting circuit 31 detects the signal of the control track and outputs 1 when there is said signal. The motor M is controlled to the equation. |
