PURPOSE:To execute transaction safely and prevent wrong, by converting the voice of a customer to a voice print and collating it with a preliminarily registered voiceprint to confirm the principal and recognize transaction contents. CONSTITUTION:The voice which a customer makes is subjected to A/D conversion through a microphone 28 and a tape recorder 12 by an A/D converter 15 and is analyzed in a voice analyzer 16 and is stored in a RAM 17. The voiceprint parameter of the pertinent customer is read out from a customer transaction information voiceprint file, which is stored in a floppy disc 32, each time of the customer transaction and is stored in a RAM 19 and is compared with contents of the RAM 17 in a comparison collating circuit 18. If the coincidence of the voiceprint is confirmed as the result of comparison, speaking for the payment is requested to the customer, and the customer speaks the payment; and when the coincidence of the voiceprint is confirmed, the transaction processing is advanced. |
