PURPOSE:To demand an accurate charge, by a method wherein the quantity dipped up into a fecal tank is measured to operate an accurate quantity for one suction, and input data such as year, month, date, etc. and the measured quantity for one suction are printed. CONSTITUTION:After turned ''ON'' a power supply switch, an operator pushes a ''CAR'' button 14A to set a priority memory and to open a gate circuit. Then, the operator pushes digit buttons selectrd 15A-15J which show the control number of the car. An encoder converts the digits applied to binary digits and applies them to a register. The register stores the binary digits applied, and at the same time, displays them on a car control number display 2. Similarly, the operator pushes a button 14B, 14C, 14D, 14G and 14H which shows ''YEAR'', ''MONTH'', ''DATE'', ''HOUR'' and ''MINUTE'', and then, pushes digit buttons 14A-15J to display them on displays 3, 4, 5, 8 or 9 in turn. |
