As electronic device, a pocket calculator with timer function is described which has an arithmetic processing circuit, a keypad with a plurality of keys and a buzzer. When the user presses a key, the arithmetic processing circuit determines the type of operation. If the user erroneously presses a key which should not be pressed, a buzzing tone is generated so that the user perceives that he is pressing the wrong key. |
