or a glucuronate moity), the configuration of the 1-aminomethyl-2-aminocyclohexane being selected from trans-1, trans-d, cis-1 and cis-d have been found to exhibit antitumour activiry together with low toxicity and are thus of potential interest as medicament.
Processes for the preparation of the platinum complexes are described and exemplified and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the platinum complexes as active ingredient are described.
