PURPOSE:To lessen the catch of foreign matters and reduce the damage to a scraper and a screen bar by a method in which the scraper is rotatably provided by a support shaft to a rake fitting piece fixed to a chain and flexible part is provided to the support shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rake 2 is rotatably supported by a support shaft 8 on rake fitting pieces 7 fixed to the link of a chain 3 having a roller 6 guided between guide rails 4 and 5. When the rake 2 moves to front scraping mode, the chain 3 moves in such a direction that the rake 2 inserted into a screen bar goes up and scrapes up dust. In case where foreign matters are catched between the rake 2 and the screen bar, the rake 2 is moved by a force resulting from the catch of foreign matters, whereby a flexible part 11 is pressed by the support shaft 8, the support shaft 8 is raised by the chain 3 with rotation, and the foreign matters are escaped from the rake 2 and the flexible part 11 is restored to its original place. |
