PURPOSE:To make an electric connection between a vibrator and a pin easy, and to improve productivity, by a method wherein one end of a lead terminal is welded to a metal sheet, and the other end is connected to a pin. CONSTITUTION:On a connector section 4, a metal base 3, a ceramic substrate 6 and a piezoelectric vibrator 2 are provided in turn, and the vibrator 2 is fixed to the metal base 3 by screws through a washer 1. One end 20 of a lead terminal 18 is designed to be welded and fixed to a metal sheet 8, and the other end 19 is designed to be inserted into a pin 12. The inserting end 19 is soldered by 21, when inserted into the pin 12. The metal sheets 8 and 9 are previously soldered or adhered by utilizing adhesives etc. to the piezoelectric vibrator 2, so that the length of the vibrator is projected from the metal sheets 8 and 9. |
