<p>Impregnation of the laminated paper is effected with colourless resin 15% styrene solution which does not change colour during the steeping process. The surface finish is provided by filled or non-filled lace or a primer of solvents-contg. polymers to give a matt to silky effect. This surface should be applied during lamination and be finally hardened to improve surface effect. Hot-melt glue based adhesive is used to back the laminate for application.</p> |
