PURPOSE:To obtain the correct operation of a functional section with a heat sensor and control valve, to improve the durability, and also to obtain a small- sized main body by utilizing the inside space of a work shaft and by moving the work shaft only in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A spindle shaft 26 with an internal thread 26c, a cylindrical work section 27 with an external thread 27a storing a contact member to contact with a functional section B inside, and a safety spring 33 arranged in the work section 27 are provided on an operation section C which moves the functional section B in the axial direction and sets the temperature of a mixed water. When a handle 28 is turned to set the temperature of the mixed water, the rotation of the shaft 26 rotated in one body with the handle 28 is converted and transmitted into the axial direction movement of the work shaft 27 coupled with one end of the shaft 26, thereby resulting in moving the functional section B in contact with one end of the work shaft 27 in the correctly axial direction. Accordingly, the work shaft is moved only in the axial direction, thus no unreasonable force is applied to the functional section. |
