The element described at the outset, which is intended to be used for controlled disposal in stoma patients, lies compactly and unobtrusively at the abdominal wall level, and in terms of inventiveness is very significantly superior to the present state of the art in this field. The element is shown assembled, in part semi-diagrammatically, in the following drawing (Fig. 13). It consists of the screw (Fig. 1), the closure lid (Fig. 2), the intermediate ring (Fig. 5), the closure element (Fig. 7), the magnetic ring to be implanted (Fig. 9) and the closure element covering (Fig. 12). Since the invention is sufficiently characterised as such by means of the enclosed descriptions of the invention, the drawings and the cited patent claims, it is possible to dispense with further, numerical details in the drawings. It is recommended to produce three different sizes of the said disposal element, which must be considered necessary due to the very fact that the stomata will, for whatever reasons, be of different sizes. The distinctive feature of the invention is that, with the exception of the closure element covering intended for one-off use, all the other components are intended and suitable for long-term use, and as a result a cost-saving effect in terms of economy can be achieved. <IMAGE>
