PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a heat exchanger tube provided with corrugated fins, by continuously fixing corrugated fins formed from band-materials to respective flat surfaces of both sides of a flat tube. CONSTITUTION:Band-materials are supplied from respective supplying devices 1, and are formed into fins having prescribed fins heights and fin pitches respectively by fin forming devices 2. A part 12a of the fin, coated with flux in a flux tank 3, is made into contact with the surface of brazing filler metal in a brazing material tank 4 to stick the brazing filler metal onto the part 12a. A tube 11 fed by a feeding device 5 is coated with flux by a flux coating device 6 and is passed through a heating device 7, in a state of pressing a fin 12 against a prescribed position of the pipe 11 by a pressing device, to be heated to the temperature >= a melting point of the brazing filler metal, thereby brazing the fin 12 to the pipe 11 with the metal molten in the heater 7. Next, the tube 11 with the fin 12 is washed in a washing device 8 and then cut off into a proper length. |
