<p>PURPOSE:To improve radiation control effect by entering the measurement result of a radiation measuring instrument in the IC card of each entry person. Then the measurement results are recorded on the IC card 3 quipped with a CPU 32, a memory 33, etc., through a reader writer 2 corresponding to the entry person.
