NEW MATERIAL:A compound of fromulaI(R1 is 1-6C alkyl, 2-6C alkenyl having 1-3 double bonds, 3-6C cycloalkyl) and its acid adduct. EXAMPLE:4-(beta-Amdinoethenyl) phenyl acetate. USE:Anticomplement agent, antitripsin, antiplasmin or antithrombin: it is used for treatment of pancreatitis, hemorrhagic diseases or inflammations. PREPARATION:A carboxylic acid of R1COOH or its reactive derivative such as an acid halide, is dissolved or suspended in an organic solvent such as dimethylformamide and made to react with an ester-activating agent such as DCC, which is used as a dehydrative condensation reagent usually. Then, 4-(beta-amidinoethenyl) phenol, preferably its acid adduct of formula II is added to give the compound of formulaI. |
