<p>Preferred additive is a salt, e.g. a halide, of the methyl gps. may be replaced by other lower alkyls. Addition enables the colour yields to be considerably improved, without altering the stability of the baths or pastes. The dyed or printed goods have excellent light fastness, and an improved wet fastness. Esp. useful for cellulosic fibres, but others may be treated, such as wool, polyamides, polyesters, polyacrylonitrile and cellulose acetate.</p> |
