PURPOSE:To automatically insert a thin-plate-shaped insulator by deforming the insulator to allow the pitch interval of the coupling part to coincide with the pitch of slots and positioning the insulator at the inlet of the slot. CONSTITUTION:Air is sucked by a vacuum pump or the like from a suction port 5, and an interphase insulator 3 is held by an attracting surface 21. The insulator 3 is deformed along the shape of a forming piece 4, and when the insulator 3 is formed in the prescribed shape, and the coupling part of the insulator 3 is introduced into the groove of a pusher guide 14 of the prescribed pitch. The position of the slot of a stator is matched to the position of the pusher guide in this state, and the stator is then lowered. The coupling part is automatically inserted into the slot in the state that the insulator 3 is deformed and held. |
