PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical strength of a coil and the withstand strength in a high temperature atmosphere by employing as an impregnant for insulating and fixing the coil ethylene tetrafluoride resin dispersion. CONSTITUTION:Slot liners 14, 22 made of glass cloth coated with ethylene tetrafluoride resin, interphase insulating paper 18 made of bonded mica, and coil conductors 16, 20 formed by plating nickel on the surfaces of copper wires and treated with double glass-wound ethylene tetrafluoride are contained in a slot 12 formed on a core 10, and a wedge 24 which is made of a glass plate coated with ethylene tetrafluoride resin is engaged with the hole of the slot 12. An impregnant 26 made of ethylene tetrafluoride resin dispersion is immersed and hardened, thereby fixing the conductors 16, 20. |
