PURPOSE:To provide a subject method in which an output signal waveform of a scanning head is stored in a scattering manner in a memory, a resistor mark position is recognized from the level and the waveform of the signal, and the resistor mark position is automatically discriminated to report it to an operator. CONSTITUTION:An output voltage to a comparator 5 is increased, in order, to VR1, VR2,...VR6, and a detecting output signal VM of a scanning head S/H is stored in a scattering manner in a memory. If VR increases, no interruption is finally brought to an inoperative state, and at this point of time, a microcompressor unit 3 can recognize a resistor mark from VR at all points, where interruption is accepted, and data from a counter 2. |
