<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a rubbery photo-polymerizing resin film having excellent heat-resistant cycle property by adding an oligomer, which is acquired by hydrogenating a polybutadiene group prepolymer, to a polybutadiene group prepolymer and a photo-polymerizing composition using an addition polymerizing monomer. CONSTITUTION:One kind of polybutadiene, a terminal thereof has an acryl group or a methacryl group and mean molecular weight thereof is 500-4,000, one kind or 100wt.pt. mixture of the addition polymerizing monomer (an acrylate compound and a methacrylate compound) with C=C bonds and the 10-150wt.pt. of one kind or more of the oligomers obtained by hydrogenating said polybutadiene are added. Regarding the oligomer, a reactive functional group may not exist at its terminal when molecular weight is 500-4,000, mechanical strength is inferior when it is 500 or lower, and viscosity is too high when it is 4,000 or higher. When one kind or mixture of a photo-sensitizer (such as benzoyl and benzyl) and a curing accelerating agent (such as N-N dimethyl aniline) are jointly used, a fluid improving agent, a thixotropic agent and an antioxidant are further added as necessary and the whole is photo-polymerized by means of a high-voltage mercury-arc lamp, a resin protective film having excellent quality is completed.</p> |
