PURPOSE:To obtain a method of handling undercuts in molds, wherein a molded item having parts that project outward around the circumferential surface of the body and are undercut can securely and quickly be obtained in a single operation. CONSTITUTION:To remove the molded item (a) molded into a prescribed shape, right and left slide cores 11, and an internal rocking block 4 are simultaneously separated outward, and when a rotating plate 14 is rotated, projecting levers 15, 17 of large-sized and small-sized slide cores 6, 7 engageable with working grooves 16, 18 provided in upper and lower sides of the rotating plate 14 are forced in the working grooves as the rotating plate is rotated, and as a result with the timing being a little shifted, first the small-sized slide cores 7 and then the large-sized slide cores 6 are moved toward the center part of the molds. When the tips of the four small-sized slide cores 7 and the right and left side surfaces thereof are fully abutted, the rotation of the rotating plate 14 is stopped. At this time, the molded item (a) placed on a stripper plate 3 becomes free, and can be removed. |
