PURPOSE:To reduce a damping of ultrasonic wave, by forming an inner tank with thin resin plate and installing an interstitial reinforcing frame between the outside of said and ultraonic wave oscillators. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic wave oscillators 2 are arranged in the inside of an outer tank 1 made of stainless steel and resin lined steel, and a requtangular box-shaped and built-up type stiffening frame 3 is also arranged between the oscillators 2, and an ultrasonic-wave passing part 3a located opposingly to the oscillators 2 is formed in net-shape. One empty space 3b of the part 3a is made to have >=100mm.<2> area, and the ratio of non-empty space 3c to the space 3b is made to be <=0.5. Thus the damping of ultrasonic wave energy is made extremely small, and a bag-shaped inner tank 4 is formed with a thin resin plate of <=2mm. wall-thickness. |
