An easy-to-open bag has walls (a) comprising several laminated layers of synthetic resin film; a tear string (B) bonded to an inner surface of a wall or walls of the bag; and a tab (D) formed at an end of the tear-string and defined by cuts (5, 5') and a groove (6). Pulling the tear string (B) by the tab (D) enables the bag to be torn open. An apparatus for making the bags includes means (16, 18) for positioning and bonding the tear string (B) on one (3.1) of the webs (3.1, 3.2) destined to form the walls of the bags. <IMAGE> |
