发明名称 CONTROLLING METHOD FOR SPANGLE OF ZINC HOT DIPPED STEEL PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the irregularity in spangles by supplying cooling liquid to a rotating body which rotates by maintaining a specified spacing from a plated steel plate to atomize the liquid while the zinc plating layer is in an unsolidified state, and bringing the same into collision against the surface of the plated steel plate thereby controlling the spangles. CONSTITUTION:A rotating body 5 which rotates by maintaining a constant spacing from a steel plate S which is applied with zinc hot dipping is provided in an area where the zinc plating layer of the plate S is in an unsolidified state. Cooling liquid W is supplied from a trough 6 to the body 5, and the cooling liquid W1 collides against the collision plate 51 on the outside circumference of the body 5 and atomizes. The particles W2 of the atomized cooling liquid contact with the plate S, thus cooling the same uniformly. Water is used for the cooling liquid and the use of solns. for the purpose of pretreatments such as chromating solns., phosphating solns. or the like is equally well.
