<p>PURPOSE:To produce a highly precise guide cylinder in a simple way, by adhering a molded body to the inside of a ring body which is obtained with plastic working. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body obtained with plastic working is cut in accordance with the heights of upper and lower guide cylinders A and B to obtain ring bodies 1a and 1b. An adhesive is coated on the inside of these bodies 1a and 1b, and then die cast molded bodies 2a and 2b are put into the bodies 1a and 1b, respectively. Then the outer circumferences of the bodies 1a and 1b are cut into the prescribed sizes, and the cylinders A and B are connected with a socket. Thus a guide cylinder of a VTR, etc. is obtained. In such a way, a highly precise cylinder is produced in a simple way without causing any play between a body 1a and a matter 2a as well as between 1b and 2b, respectively.</p> |
