摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain high inductance by a method wherein the ratio of the grain size of a magnetic core section to that of the magnetic substance of an outside edge magnetic substance section is formed in the range of twice to five times. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic substance green sheet 2 printed with a conductive paint 3 is wound on a magnetic substance winding core 1 to obtain a columnar substance by burning. The magnetic substance winding core 1 is made by applying roll kneading to ferrite powder and a binder and pushing out the ferrite powder and the binder. After applying ball mill mixing to the ferrite powder and the binder, the green sheet 2 is formed by coating. Therefore, the magnetic substance winding core has higher density than that of the green sheet and the magnetic core section 1 has bigger magnetic substance in gain size after burning and higher inguctance can be obtained in the above range. The green sheet 2 has higher coefficient of contraction at baking and suitable clamping pressure is generated to obtain a burned substance having no delamination. |
