Perfluoroglycidyl ethers of the formula <IMAGE> are prepared by epoxidation of a perfluorodiallyl ether of the formula CF2=CFCF2ORF. The glycidyl ethers are useful as monomers for preparing polymers which provide crosslinking or cure sites and are stable elastomeric materials useful as sealants, caulks, and fabricated objects.
