PURPOSE:To produce a rigid and high-quality guide sheet for cassette tape, by adhering the main body of a guide sheet and a slip sheet of a low friction material via a sputtering and etching processed surface and by the hot-melt adhesion or the like method. CONSTITUTION:A guide sheet 10 of a thermoplastic material is adhered to a slip sheet 11 of a thermoplastic material having a low degree of friction with a hot- melt adhesive and with a sputtering and etching process applied to a single surface of the sheets 10 and 11 respectively so as to generate no stripping. In such way, a rigid and high-quality guide sheet is obtained for a cassette tape. A thermosetting adhesive is also available in place of the thermoplastic adhesive. |
