PURPOSE:To obtain an inductor with a simple process, easy adjustment of inductance and having a few occurrence of trouble at the time of dipping solder by a method wherein a conductive wire having a coating inclding a magnetic substance or containing ceramic is wound on a magnetic substance core and a magnetic substance is coated at the outside circumference. CONSTITUTION:An AgPd alloy wire 7 having a coating layer including a magnetic substance or ceramic is wound on a magnetic substance core 6 and the AgPd alloy wire at the wire end section is exposed and Ag paste (internal electrode) 8 is applide on the AgPd alloy wire and is dried. The product is buried in ferrite powder for press molding and after burning for two hours at 900 deg.C, the end face of the burned substance is slightly ground to expose the end section of the internal electrode 8 and to apply the AgPd paste and external electrodes 10 are formed by burning. This method is a winding system. Therefore, an inductor of arbitrary inductance is obtained up to high inductance without any trouble on process. |
