PURPOSE:To response at a high speed and to prevent a titled device from burning by projecting laser light upon a reflector and detecting the intensity of force applied to the reflector. CONSTITUTION:After being repeated to be reflected between the 1st reflector 8 and the 2nd reflector 9 opposed to the 1st one, laser light 7 is radiated to a laser light absorber 10 to be consumed. The force proportional to an output from the laser light 7 is detected by a pressure gauge such as a strain gauge, amplified up to required signal voltage by an amplifier 12 and outputted as a laser light intensity signal 13. |
