PURPOSE:To properly control the angular velocity of swing of a dredger at present time by a method in which the inlet negative pressure of dredger pump, current of cutter motor, and angular velocity at the last swing and the before- last swing are measured and stored and each predicted value at the present swing is obtained. CONSTITUTION:Inlet negative pressure of dredger pump, current of cutter motor, and swing angular velocity per unit vlume of each dredging block at the first (before-last) swing and the second (the last) swing are measured and stored. Differences in measured values between the first swing and the second swing are obtained by mechanisms 4-6 and added to the measured values of the second swing, and each of predicted values of the third (present) swing is obtained by mechanisms 10-12. On the other hand, changing rates of soil quality of the adjacent dredging blocks are calculated by mechanisms 15 and 16 and the angular velocity of the third swing is obtained from the first and second swing angular velocities calculated from the reference inlet negative pressure and estimated inlet negative pressure of dredging pump and the current and estimated current of motor. |
