<p>PURPOSE:To prevent curling of paper effectively by forming a pressing paper to the weight at which no load is exerted upon an automatic paper removing mechanism and which can prevent curling of paper, forming a motch for operation of the paper removing mechanism at one end and placing said plate on the paper in a tray. CONSTITUTION:A notch 2 is formed in the end part on the removal side of paper of a body 1 of a press plate in order to permit operation of a paper removing mechanism of a copying machine. The plate 1 is made to roughly the same size as that of the paper 5 disposed in a tray 4, and is so disposed that the notch 2 is located in the end part of the tray 4 where the paper is removed. On the other hand, a projecting plate 3 engages with the notch part 4a formed on the side wall of the tray 4, and prevents the pressing plate from advancing together with the paper 5 when said paper is removed. Thus the curling of the paper is prevented by placing the plate 1 on the paper 5 disposed in the tray 4.</p> |
