PURPOSE:To simplify the construction and facilitate the production of the titled device, by a method wherein a cap-shaped thick-wall soft elastic valve casing fixed to a lighter case is provided with a fuel passage, a porous elastic member is placed through a valve seat plate, a valve body is pressed by a spring force, and the valve is opened by a lever action. CONSTITUTION:When a nozzle valve rod 5 is pulled upwards by operating a pulling-up lever 6, a base part 52 having a large diameter is moved upwards against a spring 56 to open a valve hole 21. Accordingly, the base part 52 pushes a top part 13 of the valve casing 1 upwards, and an intermediate wall of the casing 1 is extended. Since a skirt wall 11 is fixed, a plug body 3 is stationary in position, and the valve seat plate 2 is displaced upwards as the cylinder wall is extended. Therefore, the porous elastic body 4 permits permeation of gases. Accordingly, a fuel A1 flows out to a nozzle 53 through a liquid-sucking pipe 32, a fuel passage 31, the elastic body 4, the valve hole 21, an axial hole 12 and a fuel passage 54, and is ignited. With this construction, the device can be easily assembled by only sequentially fitting the valve rod 5, the valve seat plate 2, the porous elastic body 4 and the plug body 3 into the axial hole 12, and flame can be easily adjusted. |
