PURPOSE:To make strict adjustment of optical paths possible by such constitution wherein the laser beam reflected by a reflecting mirror permitting adjustment of angles is received in a photometric element having a moving mechanism by which the element can be moved in the advancing direction of the laser beam and in the direction intersecting orthogonally with said direction. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 4 is reflected by a reflecting mirror 5 having an angle adjusting mechanism 6, and is made incident to a laser output measuring element 13 having an opening 12 smaller than the spread of the laser beam. A metallic pipe 7 is moved in a Z-axis direction by a knob 8 to bring the element 13 closer to the mirror 5 and an X-Y moving mechanism 10 is adjusted to obtain a max. output. Thereafter the element 13 is moved on the Z axis so as to be parted from the mirror 5 and a reflection angle adjusting mechanism 6 is so adjusted as to obtain the max. output. If the element 13 and the opening 12 are exchanged with lenses after the element 13 is adjusted by repetition of the above-mentioned movements so as to obtain the max. output in any position, the optical paths are strictly adjusted in such a way that the laser beam is made incident perpendicularly to the center of the lenses. |
