<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the inspection, maintenance, etc. of a conveying system by making a heat pipe movable over a conveyor for high-temp. slabs. CONSTITUTION:Wheels 6 are mounted on both sides at the bottom end of a stand 5 mounted with a drum 4, and on the evaporation side of a heat pipe 3, respectively, and are mounted on rails 7. A motor 10 is provided on the lower side of the stand 5, and a wheel 9 is connected on the driving shaft thereof, and is placed on a rail 8. In the case of inspection, maintenance or other of a conveyor 2, the wheel 9 is driven by the motor 10, to move the pipe 3, the drum 4 and the stand 5 along the rails 7, 8 and to open the upper part of the conveyor 2. In this state, lifting of a slab 1 and inspection and maintenace of the conveyor 2 are carried out. Jobs such as inspection, maintenance and the like are made easy and the working time is reduced.</p> |
