PURPOSE:To enable to perform a quiet movement of a work in a processing chamber even if the work is heavy, by a method wherein, in a tray cyclic conveying device for drying the work, one end of the tray is pivotably secured to two lines of chains, and the other end is moved on roller rails positioned in parallel to the chain. CONSTITUTION:A chain 4 and a chain 25 for elevating a tray are both raised at the same speed, and as a result, a work A, conveyed from a conveyance inlet 6 by a carrying conveyor 30, is placed on a placing surface 13 of a tray 17 and is raised in a manner to maintain a horizontal state. If the work A reaches an uppermost stage, the tray 7 is brought to a horizontal movement from a vertical movement. Both sides of the tray 7 are pivotably secured to two lines of the chains 4 cyclically moving in a chamber 2 through the medium of a coupling member 8, and the other end rolls on rollers rails 11 and is moved together with the chain 4. Chain rails 12 are installed under the chains 4 and in parallel to the roller rails 11, and this enables to move the tray 7 and the work A without applying load to the chains 4. Additionally, this prevents the tray 7 from producing vibration. |
