PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which has converted the whole work to a line, by constituting so that a placing base on which a lot of joint plates have been placed is inclined to the side direction of a welding work line, the joint plate is received one by one by a receiving base, and can be reversed by a reversing mechanism in the course of welding by a welder moving along the line. CONSTITUTION:A placing base 1 on which many kinds and a lot of joint plates P have been placed is inclined by an oil pressure cylinder 9, a head 14 is lowered as a safety device 36 descends, a plate P sliding down naturally is shifted to a receiving base 2, and is stopped by a stopper 13. Simultaneously when the plate P stops, the base 2 is set horizontally, is made to descend to the lowest end, and a carrying and receiving base 6 projects from the receiving base 2 and supports the plate P. Subsequently, each plate P is gathered to the center by a centering mechanism 7, is moved in the line direction, is matched with a weld line, an end tab is installed to the joint part of the plate P, and tack welding is executed. Subsequently, a welder 4 is made to run, each weld line is welded, and after that, the plate P is reversed by a reversing mechanism 5, and after that, the weld line is gouged, the welder 4 is made to run again, and welding is executed. |
