PURPOSE:To prevent frequency characteristics from being deteriorated even during dubbing by regarding the frequency multiplex signal, consisting of a luminance signal and a signal to be frequency-modulated by a color channel signal, as a recording signal in the signal form of the signal to be modulated. CONSTITUTION:A luminance signal Y outputted from a generator 1 for a color TV video signal is supplied to an adder 28. A color difference signal generated by the generator, i.e. a signal (R-Y) is supplied to an adder 13 as one input, and a signal (B-Y) is applied to the adder 13 as the other input through a polarity inverter 12. The output signal of the adder 13 consists of deformed signals of the signals (R-Y) and (B-Y) multiplexed while a band is shared and is regarded as one color channel signal to be supplied as a signal wave to a frequency modulator 14. The modulator 14 outputs a frequency-modulated signal as the other input to the adder 28. Therefore, the adder 28 outputs a recording signal generated by multiplexing the luminance signal Y and the signal frequency-modulated by the color channel signal. |
