PURPOSE:To provide a high-precision, high-efficiency scribing and measuring operation in a desired angular direction by mounting struts on a base portion by way of inclination angle setting mean as well as by making a slider movable without interfering with the inclination angle setting means. CONSTITUTION:The struts 27, 28 in their upright position are inclined in a manner that after disengaging a fixed pin 55 of a second inclination angle setting means, a first inclination angle setting means 49 is operated to make a first rotary member 17 rotatable relative to the base portion 14. The struts 27, 28 are then inclined at a desired angle and are fixed at that angle. During inclination, the pulley 22 is rotated with the rotary members 17, 24 at an equal angle without motion relative to a rope 42. Thereby, the slider 33 does not move relative to the struts 27, 28 so that the slider moving means does not interfere with the operation of the first and second inclination angle setting means 49, 56. |
