AUXILIARY CHAMBER TYPE ENGINE

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable changing the style of the auxiliary chamber of the same cylinder head corresponding to the use of the engine by tightly fixing separate structures of lower chamber and upper chamber on a cylinder head of an auxiliary chamber type engine. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary chamber part of a cylinder head 4 in an auxiliary chamber type engine is formed by separate structures of lower chamber 6 and upper chamber 7, and the lower chamber 6 and the upper chamber 7 are tightly fixed through a gasket 15 on the recessed part 5 of the cylinder head 4 by a bolt 10. A nozzle fitting hole 11 for fitting a fuel injection nozzle, and a plug fitting hole 13 for fitting a glow plug 14 are provided at the upper chamber 7. Thus capacity and shape in the auxiliary chamber are changed corresponding to the use of the engine, and the plug is changeable from the glow plug to a spark plug according to the difference of fuels.
