PURPOSE:To facilitate a skew-fitting work and enhance the skew accuracy, by forming a spiral key to a mandrel and gradually inserting said spiral key into the key groove of laminated iron plates resulting in the skew-fitting by rotating the iron plate. CONSTITUTION:Punched iron plates are laminated in a fixed number of sheets resulting in the formation of an iron core 6 and arranged by inserting the mandrel into a shaft hole. A skew-fitted mandrel 10 is prepared beside this mandrel 7, whereto the spiral key 9 is formed. Then, this skew-fitted mandrel 10 is inserted through into the shaft hole, the spiral key 9 is gradualy inserted into the key groove of the iron core 6, and thus the iron core is slowly rotated resulting in a complete skew-fitting. |
