摘要 |
PURPOSE:To eliminate electrostatic influence in an electro-magnetic conversion element utilizing magnetic reluctance effect of a semiconductor, thereby to increase reliability and safety by covering the magnetic surface of a magnetic reluctance device with a charge erasing film of paramagnetic conductive substance. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic reluctance device 4 consists of a magnetic reluctance element 1 in which the electric resistance of a semicondctor is varied with magnetic field, a magnet 2 to apply a magnetic bias and a magnetic detecting surface 3. An object under test is held between a magnetic surface 3 and a pinchroller 5 and is turned to provide the distribution pattern of magneic field. The magnetic detecting surface 3 is covered with a charge erasing film 7 of paramagnetic conductive substance such as Al which is grounded through a lead wire 8. High-violtage static electricity produced by rotation friction of the object under test can be eliminated by this construction providing a highly reliable and safe magneto-electric conversion device. |
