<p>Solid fuel is prepared using a mixing lorry which picks up waste material from houses, villages or towns. The waste is then dried and stored in silos before coal-dust, saw-dust or other combustible fragments are added. When required, the lorry delivers the mixture to the customer (a factory) whereupon it is fed into the boilers via an endless screw feed for heating.</p> |
