PURPOSE:To facilitate a molding work and improve the finish, by fitting a bushing onto a lead, then making a mold die hold fast said bushing, and perform molding by covering the outside end part of the bushing with the mold die. CONSTITUTION:The bushing 11 is fitted onto the lead 10 of a stator winding 8 wound around a stator core 9, and this bushing 11 is held fast by an upper die 6 and a lower die 7 when containing the stator into the mold die constituting of the upper die 6 and the lower die 7. Further, the outside end part of the bushing 11 is covered with projections 14 and 15 respectively formed on the upper die 6 and the lower die 7, and the mold treatment is performed by forcing a resin into the mold die in this state. Thus, even when the resin pressure on molding is impressed, the bushing 11 does not slip out, and accordingly the work is facilitated. Besides, damages of the bushing 11 can be also prevented. |
