PURPOSE:To shift both logic levels 1 and 0, by using a bipolar transistor. CONSTITUTION:The signal applied to a terminal 301 is amplified by a transistor 313, and the level of the signal is set at the value between a terminal 303 (VDD) and a terminal 304 (VSS). A terminal 305 (VDDH) is set at a level higher than the VDD, and at the same time a terminal 306 is biased at a level higher than the VSS. When a signal of the VSS level is applied to the terminal 301, an output transistor is broken. Then a signal of the VDDH level is delivered from a terminal 302. While a signal of the VSSH level is delivered with the input of a signal of the VDD level. |
