Nuclear fuel arrangement comprises an outer cover which forms a channel divided up by bent plates to form separate sections, each contg. fuel rods. The plates are arranged so that a central channel is formed for undercooled moderator. The plates are fixed to longitudinal strengthening bars which have openings along their length.
