PURPOSE:To distribute powder in arbitrary directions while weighing the same by providing an endless powder circulator of totally enclosed type contg. a conveyor, keeping the conveyor supplied at all times with the powder and discharging the powder from the arbitrary positions under the conveyor. CONSTITUTION:When a driving signal is applied from an arithmetic device for weighing to a sliding gate 2 and a rotary valve 3, the powder in a hopper 1 is supplied by every prescribed volume into a weighing hopper 4. When the volume of the powder in a powder circulator 5 in which a chain conveyor circulates decreases, the powder is packed continuously into the circulator from the hopper 4. When the powder is discharged by constant volume dischargers 6 provided in plural pieces, the powder in the circulator 5 decreases gradually, but since the powder for the decreased amount is packed automatically through a powder packing port 8, the powder in the circulator 5 is kept always at specified volume. The rates of discharging from the dischargers 6 are set as desired. |
