PURPOSE:To exactly burn a slab, etc. to a target temperature in a period of time when it exists in the furnace, by heating at a limited temperature while the preceeding material exists in the furnace, when a future furnace temperature of a material to be heated has exceeded an allowable furnace temperature, and changing it to its original allowable furnace temperature after the time when the preceding material has been extracted. CONSTITUTION:In case when a future furnace temperature calculated as to a material to be heated S1 has exceeded an allowable furnace temperature and the furnace temperature is limited by the preceding material Si-k, the temperature of the material S1 is calculated in accordance with a time so that the target extracted temperature can be obtained at the scheduled extracted time of the material S1. At the point of time when this temperature coincldes with the temperature of the material S1 heated in accordance with the future temperature decided for the materials S1-Si-1 of the extraction side, the future furnace temperature against the materials S1-Si-1 is changed to a limited furnace temperature of the preceding material Si-k. After the scheduled extracted time of the preceding material Si-k, said temperature is changed to its original allowable temperature, and also its furnace existence period is changed so that the material S1 reaches the target extracted temperature. According to this method, burning shortage of a slab, etc. in the continuous heating furnace are eliminated. |
